Sumi Hasanah bt Solehudin, 45 years old, divorced Indonesian with a 23-year-old son. Having served Chinese, Indian, and Malay employers, she communicates confidently in English, which has been her primary working language. She is also able to read and write simple English, supporting her daily communication and work responsibilities.

She has 10 years of experience in elderly care, supporting both medical and daily living needs with patience and responsibility. She cared for an 84-year-old Ah Mah who was a stroke patient, assisting with showering, dressing, and medication, and accompanying her to shops for leisure and to clinics for medical appointments. She also looked after a 73-year-old Ah Kong with diabetes and dementia, managing his medication and monitoring his health conditions. In addition, she supported his daily activities such as showering, toileting, and dressing, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity in everyday routines.

She is able to cook simple Chinese and Indonesian dishes to meet the daily needs of her elderly charges. She prepares nutritious meals such as steamed fish, steamed chicken, soups, stir-fried vegetables, fried noodles, and fried rice.
