Susilawati Binti Rosid Majid is a 42-year-old Muslim Indonesian, divorced, with two grown-up children aged 25 and 19. She has accumulated 5.5 years of experience working in Singapore, primarily caring for elderly patients. She is able to communicate in simple English and has proven herself to be patient, responsible, and dedicated in her caregiving roles.

Her first employment in Singapore was from 2018 to 2019 with a Malay family of three adults. She was entrusted with the care of Ah Mah, a stroke patient, where her duties included feeding, dressing, showering, toileting, administering medication, and monitoring blood pressure. In addition, she managed household chores such as cleaning a three-bedroom, two-toilet HDB flat, housekeeping, cooking, and marketing. She continued in this role until Ah Mah passed away.

From 2021 to 2025, Susilawati worked with a Chinese family of three adults, providing care for Ah Gong, who suffered from multiple medical issues. Her responsibilities included assisting with showering, feeding, medication, and accompanying him for medical checkups. Alongside caregiving, she performed household duties such as cleaning a three-bedroom, two-toilet HDB flat, cooking, and marketing.

Susilawati is able to cook simple Chinese, Malay, and Indonesian cuisines, preparing meals that are suitable for elderly patients as well as healthy adults. She is experienced in cooking nutritious dishes with light seasoning, soft textures, and balanced ingredients, ensuring meals are appropriate for seniors with dietary needs.

Susilawati is ready for interview at the convenience of employers through video calls and is able to commence work immediately once the necessary paperwork is completed.
