Ika Suryaningsih is a 33-year-old Indonesian, married Muslim with two children aged 17 and 9. She has 4 years and 9 months of experience in childcare and caring for a special needs teenage boy with autism. She is able to converse in simple English and can cook simple Chinese and Indonesian dishes.

From 2021 to 2025, she worked for a Chinese family of four adults and a 15-year-old autistic boy. Her responsibilities included assisting the boy with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, feeding, structured routines, and behavioral guidance, while ensuring his safety and emotional well-being. In addition, she managed household duties such as cleaning and maintaining a HDB flat with four bedrooms and two toilets, performing housekeeping, cooking, and marketing.

From 2025 to 2026, she worked for a Chinese family of three adults and two children aged 7 and 3. She prepared the children for school by organizing uniforms, bags, and shoes, ensuring punctual arrival, and provided after-school care including meals and snacks, playtime, nap time, and supervision. She also assisted a healthy elderly grandmother with light tasks, while maintaining household cleanliness in a HDB flat with three bedrooms and two toilets, alongside housekeeping, cooking, and marketing.

She is able to cook simple Chinese and Indonesian meals such as curries, steamed fish, steamed eggs, fried fish, fried rice, stir‑fried vegetables, and soups, catering dishes suitable for both children and adults.

Ika is eager to return to work in Singapore, having spent valuable time with her family. She is motivated to continue supporting households with her skills in childcare, special needs care, and housekeeping. She brings dedication, patience, and a willingness to learn, making her a reliable helper for families seeking long-term support.
