Ruli Hafni binti Nasrun Hawadi is a 35-year-old Indonesian Muslim, married with three children aged 15, 13, and 8. She has accumulated 4.5 years of experience in elderly care and disabled care while working in Taiwan. She is able to converse in simple, basic Taiwanese Mandarin, and has limited English communication skills.

From 2020 to 2022, she worked with her first employer in Taiwan, a family of two consisting of an 82-year-old Ah Kong and a 74-year-old Ah Mah. She provided light assistance to Ah Kong while focusing on caring for frail Ah Mah, supporting her in walking, assisting with hygiene matters, changing diapers, dressing, and toileting. She gave close attention to daily routines and personal care to ensure comfort and dignity. Her duties also included cleaning a single-storey house (2 bedrooms, 1 toilet), housekeeping, cooking, and marketing.

From 2022 to 2025, she worked with her second employer, a family of two: a 95-year-old infirm Ah Kong and a 92-year-old disabled Ah Mah who experienced speech difficulty. She prepared milk, administered medicine, changed diapers, and assisted with all activities of daily living (ADL), including cleaning and maintaining hygiene whenever Ah Mah passed motion. She also performed re-positioning to prevent bedsores and ensured comfort and dignity in her daily care. In addition, she gave light assistance to Ah Kong, managed housekeeping, cooking, marketing, and maintained cleanliness in a 1 bedroom, 1 toilet ground-floor house.

She cooked according to the preferences and dietary needs of the elderly, ensuring meals were suitable in both taste and texture. Her preparation included soft foods such as porridge and tender meats, as well as blending vegetables for easier consumption. She adjusted recipes to provide nutrition while accommodating chewing and swallowing difficulties. With care and attentiveness, she maintained a balanced diet that supported comfort and health.

Ruli is interview-ready and prepared to come to Singapore to work. She is eager to experience a new culture, adapt to her employer’s household, and apply her skills in elderly and disabled care with patience and dedication.
